Slimes and Resources found in Starlight Strand This place also has the most flora and fauna of all the zones and is therefore simply a great place to farm resources in the game. To get to the Starlight Strand, all you have to do is feed the Cotton Gordo in the southwest corner of the Rainbow Fields which will reveal the portal to this place. Probably the most unique and beautiful of the zones, the Starlight Strand is surely a treat to the eyes. Jellystone and Deep Brine are crucial Slime resources as well.Ĥ. Food items include Pogofruit, Cuberry for fruits, Carrots for veggies, Chickadoo, Stony Chickadoo, Hen Hen, Roostro, and Stony Hen for meat. Others include the rare Gold Slime and Lucky Slime and the ever malevolent Tarr Slimes. Besides, at night, there are also the Phosphor Slimes and their Plorts as well. As for Slimes, there are Pink Slimes, Tabby Slimes, Cotton Slimes, and their respective Plorts which you can gather by feeding them. The Rainbow Fields also plays host to a number of natural resources necessary for the farming activities of the player in the game. Slimes and Resources found in The Rainbow Fields The Rainbow Field has a total of 14 treasure locations. There are also Slime sculptures and Gordos like the Pink Gordo and the Cotton Gordo. It is located right outside The Conservatory and is a sprawling grassland with scores of Slimes, Plorts, and food scattered all over. The Rainbow Fields is the first and foremost zone a player sets foot in beside the conservatory. It also has purchasable areas, namely The Archway, The Den, The Gully, and The Tidepools. It also houses all the facilities such as the Plort marketplace and the Fabricator. It is also the default spawn point of the player in the game and where they undertake most activities such as crafting, storing farm materials, etc. The Conservatory could be said to be the headquarters and home of the protagonist of Slime Rancher 2, Beatrix LeBleu. The only Slimes that don't have Gordos are Puddle Slimes, Fire Slimes, The Tarr, and Lucky Slimes.The 4 different zones in Slime Rancher 2 map 1. Gordo Slimes are big, fat, adorable versions of your regular Slimes. In the Rush Mode of the game, the various Gold Gordo Slimes like three Gilded Ginger's, which can be acquired by finishing tasks for the other Ranchers. In the current version of the game, players have to feed 50 pieces of the appropriate food, but 25 pieces of the Slime's favourite food. Normally, this requires 70-80 pieces of food for the old version, and 65 for the newer version, although the slime's favorite food counts for double. When fed enough, they explode, creating a large amount of normal slimes of the same variety, a few crates, in some cases they reveal a portal and sometimes a Slime Key. Gordo slimes follow the same diet as their smaller versions as well as their favorite foods. In the Casual and Adventure Mode, players can find the Gordos in certain areas. There are also Dervish, Tangle and Mosaic Gordos but they can only be found in the Glass Desert. Known Gordo Slimes are: Pink, Rock, Tabby, Honey, Rad, Crystal, Party, Phosphor, Boom and the Gold Gordo. Gordo Slimes are very large slimes that are hidden across the game.
